Register for one of our upcoming training seminars. The GA Office of Dispute Resolution requires that the General/Civil Mediation Training and Practicum (or the training and 5 mediation observations) be completed BEFORE you take the Divorce Mediation Training in order to become registered. Other states do not have this requirement. GA also requires that to register as a Divorce Mediator (after taking the training) the person must have a minimum of a four (4) year college degree. Other states academic requirements may vary. Other states may also not require a prerequisite prior to the Divorce training.

**All GA Domestic Mediators must have training in the NEW CHILD SUPPORT GUIDELINES. All of our Divorce Mediation trainings include the new GA Child Support Guidelines. We also go over the new Parenting Plan law and form.

Once you register, a confirmation letter will be sent to you with payment information and options. You must cancel at least 2 full business days (Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm) before the training to receive a full refund. Registrants who cancel fewer than 2 full business days before the class must, within 6 months, either register for and attend another class or request a refund in writing to receive a refund of paid fees minus $300.00: otherwise all payments are forfeited.

There is a $300.00 non-refundable no-show fee. In the case of a no-show, the $300.00 fee will either be charged to the credit card, or a refund check will be issued minus the $300.00 fee. Refunds are issued to the payor of record.
