At the conclusion of this intense program, participants will have experienced, practiced, and taken ownership of various mediation techniques by actually experiencing them in real-life simulations.  As trained, neutral third party facilitators, mediators will learn how to enable disputants to clarify perceptions, focus on individual and shared needs, look to the future, generate options and assist parties in constructing workable agreements.
